All orders are shipped out from California in pallets. We deal with Trucking companies who give us the best pallet rates we can get. All orders are charged freight on top of the merchandise amount. Please, call us to get the freight quote for your order.

 

Shipping or Tracking

Information will be available to you upon your request.

 

Damage/Shortage/Overage

We advise that you call our office upon receipt of damaged merchandise, or if there is shortage and or overage in your order. Please, make sure that the proof of delivery is signed with information. You have 7 days upon receipt of the delivery to provide us with the list of damages or the claim.
